Product overview
Cera Tec is a ceramic wear-protection additive that mixes into any commercially available motor oil already in the engine, transmission, pump or compressor. Its ceramic compounds are designed to withstand extremely high chemical and thermal loads, helping keep metal surfaces from making direct contact with each other under load.
By reducing that direct metal-to-metal contact, Cera Tec is intended to extend the working life of the treated components and can contribute to lower fuel consumption in petrol and diesel engines through its low-friction effect. Its protective effect is intended to last around 50,000 km once added, though it is not suitable where the oil circulates through a wet clutch.

Application
Add the self-mixing formula directly to the relevant oil — engine, transmission, pump or compressor. One 300 ml can is sufficient for 5 litres of oil.
