Product overview
Brake Anti-Squeal Paste is a synthetic lubricant built specifically for brake-system contact points, engineered to remain adhesive and resist both road salt and splash water so it continues protecting the components it is applied to over time. It is used at the contact points between brake caliper pistons and pads, and at bolts, pins and drum-brake contact points, to prevent and eliminate brake squeal caused by vibration at those interfaces.
Beyond squeal prevention, the paste also functions as an anti-seize compound for centering rings on aluminium rims, the connection points between rims and wheel hubs, and other plug-in or threaded brake-system connections, helping stop rims from seizing or rusting onto the hub. It is rated for an exceptionally wide temperature range of −40°C to +1,200°C, reflecting the heat brake components generate under hard use.

Application
For floating brake calipers, first clean all sliding surfaces, channels and contact surfaces using a brush or brake file, then clean the components with a suitable brake cleaner and allow the solvent to evaporate. Apply the paste to all sliding surfaces, channels and contact surfaces of the cleaned parts. This is a specialist brake-workshop procedure.
Important information
- Never apply to the friction surface of a brake pad or brake disc.
